Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SBPD Academy (operated by SBPD Publishing House), we strive to provide the best educational resources and platform for teachers and students. Due to the digital nature of our services (Online Courses, Digital Content, and API Services), our refund policy is governed by the following terms:

1. No Refund on Digital Services

Since our services involve immediate access to digital content, course materials, and server resources, we follow a strict No Refund Policy once a purchase is made or a course is accessed.

• Course Enrollment: Fees paid for course access are non-refundable as the content is delivered digitally upon purchase.
• Subscription Plans: Fees for monthly or annual membership plans are non-refundable, even if the service is not utilized during the term.

2. Cancellation Policy

Users may choose to discontinue their use of the platform at any time.

• How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription or deactivate your account through your dashboard or by emailing support@sbpdacademy.com.
• Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. However, no pro-rata refunds will be issued for the remaining unused days.

3. Exceptional Cases (Refund Eligibility)

Refunds will only be considered in the following specific scenarios:

• Double Deduction: If a payment was deducted twice due to a technical glitch.
• Technical Failure: If we are unable to provide access to the purchased content for more than 72 hours due to a fault at our end (excluding third-party downtimes like Meta/WhatsApp servers).

4. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved under exceptional cases, it will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited back to the original payment method (Source Account) used during the transaction.
