Welcome to SBPD Academy. By accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our platform is dedicated to bridging the gap between educators and learners by providing a digital infrastructure for quality education.

2. Our Mission

For Teachers: We provide a robust platform to host courses, manage students, and share knowledge effectively.
For Students: We offer a seamless learning environment to access educational content and interact with expert educators.

3. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.

4. Content & Conduct

All content uploaded by teachers must be educational and accurate. Students are expected to use the platform for learning purposes only. Any form of harassment or intellectual property violation will lead to immediate account suspension.

5. Google Drive Backup Feature

SBPD Academy offers an optional feature that allows you to save files you create within the app — such as videos recorded in the Teleprompter Studio — to your own Google Drive account for backup.

By using this feature, you agree that: (a) you are solely responsible for the content you create and store in your own Google Drive, as well as for your available Drive storage space; (b) our app accesses only the files it creates within your Drive (using Google's limited drive.file permission) and cannot access any of your other Drive files; and (c) our use of Google Drive data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You may disconnect Google Drive access at any time from your Google Account settings.
